Manufacturing process
At MIPINTA we do not have stock, each piece is made according to each customer's order. Making new pieces especially for you can take between 2 and 4 weeks. This business model allows us to be more ecologically, socially and financially sustainable. If you have any questions about our manufacturing process, please contact us!

INTERNATIONAL
Expected delivery time: 2-7 days after manufacturing

All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. All orders are traceable through UPS.com. UPS usually operates between 9am and 6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering - your work address, for example.

Return policy
At MIPINTA we are committed to sustainable practices. We encourage our customers to make thoughtful purchase decisions to minimize the impacts due to the transport of goods.
Return fees are paid by the customer and we believe this policy aligns with the principles of sustainable and conscious consumption.
You can return the item you purchased within 14 days from when the order arrived to you. To return any item of your order, e-mail us at contact@mipinta.com with your order number and reference of the item you would like to return.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all the original tags attached.
MIPINTA reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back, at your expenses, to the original shipping address.
MIPINTA do not exchange products.
Refund policy
Once items returned have passed a quality inspection (up to 7 days after reception), the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
We apply flat rate fee of 50 euros to any return.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Duties or taxes related to customs incurred in connection with the return, remain borne by the client. In case MIPINTA has to pay such duties or taxes, the corresponding sums will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the client.
